One of the easiest ways to successfully spread the word about properties is by posting about it ahead of time in off market/pocket listing Facebook groups.

4) Social Media - Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, are fantastic ways to promote upcoming listings. Instagram and Facebook stories allow you to give viewers some behind the scenes looks into what went into the staging or open house process. Engaging with your potential audience is a great way to get a read on what people are looking for, and what concerns they may have with the listing.
